USER AGREEMENT FOR THE L2UKRAINE.COM PLATFORM

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This document is a public offer regulating the terms of use of the l2ukraine.com platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).

1.2. The Platform is a fan-made, non-commercial project created to support the Ukrainian Lineage 2 gaming community. We are not an official representative of the game and do not sell or produce digital goods.

1.3. By using the Platform, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.

2. PARTIES

Platform — the l2ukraine.com website providing tools for posting goods, messages, and reviews.
Seller — a user who publishes goods or services.
Buyer — a user who views or purchases goods.

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

3.1. Registration via email or third-party services (such as Discord or Telegram) is required to publish items or leave reviews.

3.2. The user guarantees that all provided information is accurate and truthful.

3.3. The Platform reserves the right to block any account without prior notice for violations of this Agreement.

4. PLATFORM USAGE

4.1. The user agrees not to use the Platform for:

Posting fraudulent or illegal offers.
Publishing content that violates ethical norms or intellectual property rights.
Violating rules of any Lineage 2 server.

4.2. The Platform is not a party to any transaction between Seller and Buyer. All risks are borne by the user.

4.3. All items and listings are published with symbolic, non-binding prices and do not constitute a public offer under Ukrainian civil law.

5. MODERATION

5.1. The Administration has the right to:

Remove any content or listings without explanation.
Ban accounts for spam, fraud, abuse, or violations of this Agreement.
Restrict or modify functionality of the Platform.

5.2. The user agrees that content violating the rules may be edited or deleted.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1. All content published by users remains their property. However, the user grants the Platform the right to display and distribute it within the site.

6.2. The Administration does not claim any copyright over user-submitted images or texts.

7. NOTIFICATIONS & CONTACT

7.1. The Platform may send users technical or informational messages via:

Email
Internal messaging system
Telegram bot

8. PRIVACY

8.1. The Platform does not share users' personal data with third parties.

8.2. The website uses cookies to improve user experience. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

8.3. Contact details collected via email or Telegram are used only to communicate with the user.

9. LIABILITY

9.1. The Administration is not responsible for:

The quality or truthfulness of products listed by Sellers.
Outcomes of transactions between users.
Technical issues that result in data loss.
Account bans on Lineage 2 servers due to purchases or communications made via the Platform.

9.2. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

10.1. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform.

10.2. Continued use of the site means acceptance of the updated terms.
